Review: I have used Heston florist a number of times, for birthdays, mothers day, Christmas and all other special occasions and have never been let down by the kind, friendly and very helpful team. Just recently, I popped in hoping to get some flowers as I didn’t have time to buy a gift, I was offered an array of other items alongside my beautiful flowers and the lovely florist was able to make gift wrap and help me chose the perfect items despite being evidently so busy! I would definitely recommend this refreshing and beautiful boutique florist on Heston parade.

Review: This morning I woke up to one of the most beautiful sights. I had spoken with Denise from Blooming Boutique for a unique hat flower design. I was absolutely amazed of the design, colours, fragrance and creativity of the flowers Denise arranged. Evoking so many sensations of emotions, feelings and to be able to connect with the beauty. True art form. Thank you Heston florist never lets you down .

Review: I had an awful experience at Heston Florist and would strongly advise others to stay away. The woman running the shop has absolutely no sense of customer service—just pure attitude and sass. Instead of being helpful, she was rude and dismissive, making it clear that she couldn’t care less about her customers.
I went in simply to get 4 gift baskets wrapped, expecting a friendly service, but instead, I was met with arrogance. Her response? “It’s my time, £8 or I don’t do it at all.” That’s £8 just for a bow—ridiculous pricing for something so basic. No willingness to help, no flexibility, just an awful attitude.
If you value good service and fair prices, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. There are plenty of florists who actually care about their customers. Heston Florist is NOT one of them!

Review: The people there are lovely but unfortunately the service is unreliable. I had scheduled a bouquet pickup for 9:00am. No one showed up, even after waiting an hour, eventually I decided to leave and didn’t get a call from them until 1:30pm. Because I didn’t have time to get another florist I went to pick up the bouquet but they didn’t even offer a discount or anything for such a huge inconvenience. I would say the flowers were ok but definitely not worth it for that service.
