Review: We went to the Flowers by Eva website and ordered a beautiful flowering plant arrangement, that was shown in a nice basket. When the recipient sent a photo of what they received, it was nothing like the photo. It was a totally different plant with nothing flowering, with cheap bows in a white plastic container. They use local shops for fulfillment, and in this case it was the flower department at Harris Teeter – a GROCERY STORE! The customer service rep said I should not expect the actual flowers to look like the photo, which is nonsense. I requested a refund to send a new arrangement from a local reputable florist, and they offered a $25 refund. This is bad business practice. Not to mention, the recipient deserved the beautiful arrangement in the photo – not a cheap plant from the grocery store.

I called Flowers by Eva to get some flowers delivered to my Sister-in-law after she returned home from the hospital. I thought I made it clear to the lady accepting the order that I needed the flowers delivered Tuesday afternoon (this was on Monday morning). We decided on a flowering Gardenia plant. Tuesday, Flowers by Eva got back to me via text message and email that they couldn’t get a flowering Gardenia plant and would a white orchid plant be a suitable substitute. Unfortunately, I was out of cell phone range the entire day. Since they didn’t hear back from me, they didn’t deliver any flowers to my Sister-in-law. This was very disappointing to me and my brother. Why would you sell an arrangement that you don’t have to be delivered the next day? Especially, when it was important that the delivery happen on time? Perhaps they do a great job of cut flower arrangement, but I feel they really dropped the ball this time and couldn’t recommend them nor will I use them for future purchases.

Review: I used Eva’s for funeral flowers. The flowers are not only beautiful but brilliantly arranged, which is of course very important on such an emotional and special day. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went beyond the call of duty by arranging special delivery for me. I couldn’t have asked for more and would recommend them very highly

Review: These are some of the recent purchases, they’re very good at recreating the pictures posted on the website so the product you get is what you expected and that’s really nice!! I decided to use them for my graduation bouquet because the staff is nice and the flowers pretty.
When I put orders through the website and ask for customization in the note section to make it smell nice, both times it didn’t work.
