Review: Ordered flowers from the US for a cousin in the UK and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Jay was so lovely to work with, I felt like I was communicating with a friend the whole time. I asked her to recreate a piece from her Instagram and she went above and beyond, incorporating a whole bear and 3 baby bibs into the bouquet. She worked with me on delivery even though it was a tricky location. Overall the price was super reasonable as well for such a huge, lush piece with delivery. Definitely would order from her again in a heartbeat 💓

Review: Jay is amazing! I wanted to send my friend flowers as a thank you and chose the spring citrus – we wanted to make a slight change and add pink roses and Jay created a gorgeous custom bouquet! I found Flowers by Jay after looking for a florist for funeral flowers.
Jay responded in a very short time and although I didn’t know what I was looking for, she took the time send me some examples of typical designs.
I took inspiration from various pieces of Jay’s previous masterpieces and she really understood and bought to life exactly what I had imagined.
Jay checked in with me on a couple of occasions to confirm details which indicates to me that she takes great care of customer needs and has customer satisfaction as a priority.
She also informed me of the flowers going out for delivery and confirmed delivery too as they were delivered straight to the funeral home.
I cannot thank Jay enough for the support in the whole interaction and the work itself.

I will definitely be using Flowers by Jay for all future floral needs.

Review: Jay created the most beautiful bridal bouquet for my wedding. We worked together on my brief and she executed it perfectly. I found it really helpful having a few phone calls to go over final details and Jay was super clear throughout. She delivered the flowers right on time on the morning of the event too which was helpful as I didn’t have to worry about storing them overnight! Would definitely recommend – she is a dream to work with and the bouquet speaks for itself!
