Review: Very friendly staff and beautiful variety of flowers. There is something there for every budget, from inexpensive to fancy. They wrap the flowers for you. I got two hyacinth plants for valentines day, and the lady helping me was patient and informative, then they wrapped the flowers in pretty wrapping 😊. Will definitely be getting flowers from them again!

Review: Awful customer service. I fully admit I was being a bit indecisive and I also appreciate it’s 2 days from Mother’s Day and the staff must be busy. But to have the flowers me and the guy were picking together snatched away and be told “you’re wasting my time” and “go shop somewhere else” after spending literally a minute (honestly – no exaggeration!) trying to pick some flowers for my wife is appalling customer service. Live round the corner and would have ended up spending good money here over the years but will definitely be spending my money elsewhere from now on! Probably more importantly the flowers last less than a week from this place anyway so probably a good excuse to find another florist.
